Description

This report is part of the National Assessment of Australia?s Children?s Courtsproject. The history and functions of the NSW Children?s Court and its programs, including those focused on Indigenous children, are evaluated in this report. The report finds Indigenous children, young people and parents, are particularly disadvantaged in their treatment by the system and access to resources to assist them in addressing this. Specialist prorams are recommended.
