From April to December 2019, EMS Consultants completed a process and outcomes evaluation of the Indigenous Arts in Prisons and Community Program delivered by The Torch to assess the implementation, reach, uptake and impacts of the program against its aim and objectives and make recommendations for its continued improvement.
