Social Justice and Native Title Report 2015

Description

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner is required to report annually to the Attorney-General regarding the exercise and enjoyment of human rights by Australia’s Indigenous peoples. The focus of the 2015 report is: The need for better engagement ? Year in review; Welfare; Native Title ? Year in review; Disability; and Caring for our children, including the overrepresentation of our children and young people in the child protection system.
