Social Justice Report 2011

Description

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner is required to report annually to the Attorney-General regarding the exercise and enjoyment of human rights by Australia’s Indigenous peoples. The theme of the 2011 report is lateral violence and its relevance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and how human rights frameworks can address this issue.
