Constitutional reform and Indigenous peoples : options for amendment to the Australian Constitution

Description

This brief outlines the Constitutional Reform and Indigenous Peoples project, which will examine the history of constitutional development relating to Indigenous people since Federation, evaluate the current position of Indigenous people under the Constitution, and consider proposals for Indigenous related constitutional reform. The brief is the second in this project and considers some of the potential options for reform of the Constitution.
