Report of the Royal Commission and Board of Inquiry into the Protection and Detention of Children in the Northern Territory (vol 2A)

This report investigates the detention, care and protection systems for children and young people in the NT. The report examines instances of abuse and mistreatment experienced by children, the vast majority of whom are Aboriginal. It was handed down in 2017 and contributed to the closure of the Don Dale Youth Detention Centre.
