This report contains the Aboriginal Justice Advisory Council’s assessment of the implementation of the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody. It discusses the structure of recommendations, comments on the reporting process, and provides an overall assessment of the implementation of the recommendations by the NSW Government. It presents an overview of the areas where action is needed and addresses recommendations collected under headings of major activity.
